Hi there! I’m Neha, mom to adorable (and crazy) boys, Vivaan and Saveer, and wife to the love of my life. IT'S MY ABSOLUTE HONOR TO BE RUNNING MY COACHING PRACTICE, WRITING, AND CONSULTING WITH TECH COMPANIES FROM A BEAUTIFUL COZY TOWN IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
I am incredibly grateful to do work that makes me come alive. Work that enables me to contribute to creating more of what I hope to see in the world - self-aware, thoughtful women living and leading with their values and creating the much-needed change in our world. I spent the first 15 years of my life in the corporate world while honoring my dreams and callings on the margins - I’d write at 6 am on a Sunday morning or coach a client when the kids were in bed. There were lots of tears, a ton of fear and many moments of disappointment before I was able to design a life to make more space to do work that was mine to do and a life that felt in integrity with my purpose.

I’ve completed an Engineering degree, an MBA in sustainable management and have 15+ years of experience in the corporate world with a focus on developing and launching new products. I’m also a certified professional co-active coach, a certified yoga teacher and have led numerous yoga and meditation classes and retreats. So I understand the pulled-apart feeling of trying to balance work and home, rush and quiet, creation and contemplation. I get excited when new ideas bubble up, I see when we start to get in our own way, and I know the hard choices we all have to make to make important things happen.
This means that when we work together you’ll experience warmth and strategy, possibility plus practicality and heaps of compassion while I bring you back home to what truly matters to you.
