Mindful Living Circles

Mindful living circles is an offering from my heart to anyone curious about meditation, interested in building community and inspired to start off the weekend at a more mindful note.

We meditate, share what emerges, engage in a discussion and finally eat a home cooked vegetarian meal!


10:30 am- 11:00 am: Guided meditation

11:00 am – 11:45 pm: Reflection & Discussion

11:45 pm – 12:30 pm: Lunch

1) I have never meditated before. Can I still attend?

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to attend. No prior experience is necessary.

2) What do I need to bring?

An open & curious mind and a willingness to be with whatever emerges from this experience. You can bring a journal or a meditation cushion or mat to sit on.

3) What kind of topics will we be discussing about? What if I don’t feel like sharing?

We will watch talks, reflect on meditation, explore our ideas around living an authentic and fulfilled life, mindfulness, meaning, fear, etc, etc. 

4) Who will be attending?

I don’t know:-) Our jobs, education, age, ethnicity doesn’t matter. This is an open invitation to those I know and the varying degrees of connections beyond. This isn’t a professional networking event but a gathering to explore the human spirit!

5) Do I have to attend the whole thing?

No. You can come and go as you like. However, if you do walk in when others are meditating, please come and join us silently.

6) Are children allowed to attend?

Yes. Children are welcome to attend as long as the disruption is minimal during meditation.

7) Is this a women’s only event?

No. Men are absolutely welcome to attend
